A regeneration masterplan and new build development in Ashington, Northumberland, providing later living accommodation across a variety of apartment, bungalow and two storey dwellings to a brownfield town centre site. All dwellings were constructed using timber frame modern methods of construction, and are managed by RL provider, Bernicia. The development was designed to provide a later living community with an apartment building and bungalows which are arranged around a ‘village green’ to provide a green heart to the development to support resident wellbeing and community creation.
