Three ensuite bedrooms are located to the first floor with the master bedroom having a dressing room and walk out balcony space. Forming the courtyard development, a single storey gymnasium building and a detached garage building with home office above provide the family with further living and working accommodation. Elevationally, the use of a simple palette of materials of stone, vertical timber and shingle/ metal seam roof reflects the local farmstead vernacular.
