New build development to a corner plot on Queens Road, Whitley Bay creating two residential dwellings on the site of formerly derelict garages. The dwellings were design in collaboration with the client to replicate the style of local dwellings in this attractive conservation area, inspired by the Tudor style stable house directly opposite the site. The dwellings incorporated a traditional aesthetic with contemporary style to the interior spaces.
