A new build three storey later living residential building which is part of a wider residential development providing market and affordable housing by Keepmoat Home. The apartment building provides forty-seven apartments split over one and two bed configurations. The building has a range of communal spaces at ground floor level for residents to enjoy with links to the south facing landscape garden spaces. Smaller communal spaces are found to the upper levels to provide ‘chat’ spaces with visual links to the external environment.
The project was shortlisted in the RICS Renaissance North East Awards as an example of a leading assisted living and care project.
