A new build development on behalf of RL provider, YHN providing seventeen bedsit type apartments for residents with autism. The building provides residents with their own defined ensuite bedroom studios which are supplemented with communal living accommodation which include teaching kitchens to help develop life skills and practical knowledge. Specific acute space planning and interior solutions to meet residents’ needs were adopted. The two-storey building is part of a wider residential development alongside market and affordable housing by Keepmoat Homes.
