Remodelling and refurbishment project at Hume and Nolan Court, Stockton involving two existing residential tower blocks which provide affordable apartment living accommodation for RL provider, Thirteen. Internally, the communal spaces throughout the building were refurbished to a high end commercial / hotel aesthetic including enhanced ground floor level access entrance facilities, scooter store and community rooms. Externally, the buildings were enhanced with a new paint application to the façade to extend the envelopes lifespan and supplemented with replacement windows and roof finishes.
